Zarea showcases the daily prices of construction materials such as cement, bricks and steel so that buyers can stay up-to-date and negotiate prices with vendors accordingly. Zarea has become the go-to place to learn about the material pricing and the fluctuations.

Buyers can estimate the cost of any construction project through an easy-to-use cost calculator. It gives a detailed breakdown of the raw material costs when the user enters the land area and the number of floors.
