Who we are

We're a small team in Karachi that builds AI and digital platforms that drive measurable business impact. Founded in 2022, independent and self-funded. We've shipped 4 homegrown products and worked across 10 industries.

We own the product. We talk to the clients. When something ships, our name is on it. Our work has been featured in HubSpot, Arab News, and 15+ international publications.

The deal

Pay PKR 80,000/month. Not a stipend. Not a "learning opportunity." Actual pay for actual work.
Commitment Flexible schedule but real deadlines.
Duration 3 months.
Spots 8 people start. 2-3 stay on permanently. We're upfront about this. You'll know where you stand, no surprises.
What you'll do You'll work on real projects for our products and clients. The exact work depends on your strengths. Some of you will write. Some will design. Some will do both. We'll figure that out together.
What we're looking for We don't care about your degree, your GPA, or your university name. We care about how you think.
