BaGallery is a VC-backed beauty eCommerce Platform. This beauty, fashion & lifestyle brand has a catalog that features over 20,000 SKUs. From beauty and skincare products to clothing and associated accessories, BaGallery has it all. BaGallery was looking to implement a centralized system for all their key business areas including Sales & Purchasing, Warehousing & Inventory, and Accounts & Finance.
Build

AlphaVenture implemented an order management & tracking system for streamlining procurement and delivery. Additionally, we developed Bagallery’s ad recommendation engine and launched a Unified Data Platform to create a single source of truth for all the company’s data.

Innovate

We introduced bulk order processing in Bagallery‚Äôs ERP system & order-level expected arrival times. A custom virtual try-on AR interface, Seller Center & Influencer Studio was also integrated. We integrated ModiFace by L’Or√©al as the Augmented Reality (AR) virtual makeup system.

Scale

We helped increase dispatched orders from 400 per day to over 2000 per day, with a record of 5000 orders dispatched in a single day. Additionally, we set up their Facebook collaborative ads and became the second company to do it in Pakistan.

We implemented Odoo as it had the following benefits

  • Only 3 months for end-to-end integration and changeover to Odoo.
  • Real-time sync between Shopify (OMS) and Odoo.
  • Real-time sync between last mile delivery partners and Odoo.
  • Warehouse automation to make the pick, pack, and dispatch process seamless.

Impact

Just a month since Zarea’s go-live, they hit $10,000 in sales. In addition to the increase in sales, there was a positive impact in the overall business. Not only did we successfully launch the website, but we brought about measurable results.
